4. Emergency Services Disclaimer

Important: GuardianSA is a supplementary safety tool and should not replace official emergency services. In life-threatening situations, always contact local emergency services (10111 for police, 10177 for ambulance) directly.

5. Limitation of Liability

GuardianSA provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GuardianSA are owned by GuardianSA NPC and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
